PhD in Law · SEO Expert · Founder of PCNewLife
At the crossroads of three disciplines
Technology law, advanced SEO, and large-scale specialized content production are rarely found in the same professional background. That intersection is exactly what I explore on PCNewLife.
I hold a PhD in private law, specializing in literary and artistic property. I spent six years as a legal officer at APP (Agence pour la Protection des Programmes), before moving into specialized web content in 2012. For more than 14 years, I have built a dual expertise: mastery of technical and legal subjects on one side, deep practice of SEO and editorial content logic on the other.
I have grown high-traffic editorial websites through Google Discover, reaching six-figure revenues, before the platform significantly reduced its reach for publishers. Alongside this, I have built organic SEO strategies for a wide range of clients over 14 years.
What I do on PCNewLife
PCNewLife is a professional expertise blog. I analyze the intersection of artificial intelligence, digital law, and SEO : three fields that constantly collide, yet are almost always treated in isolation.
My articles break down what regulations actually say, what Google actually does, and the gap between the two. No oversimplification. Sources, references, and a clear point of view.
What I am not
I am not an attorney. I do not provide personalized legal advice. The analyses published on this site reflect my professional training and experience : they are not legal consultations and should not be treated as such.
